ALTO VXR 2008 AC tripping Issues

My alto VXR has a tripping issue plus it on ac its RPM increases and engine sound changes. It some times also gives AC Belt noises. Over all cooling is great. Checked from 2 -3 mechanics they are saying no issues but on ac it has very bad fuel average.This issue is from last year although no operational issues has come but only the fuel average is decreasing plus the tic tic sound that comes from engine. Somebody told its thermostate issue but he was unable to solve this later he said koi masla nahe chalne do .Checked to 10-12 Mechanics but in vain . also tried to decrease engine RPM but no issues .

Check ac belt as you also have belt sound issue it might be weak and tripping due to it.

Alto vxr has bad fuel mileage by default

Sir changed belt 6 months before tripping reduced but exists.

Get your thermostat checked or install aftermarket thermostat on same wiring dont allow electrician to alter wires just buy ac thermostat from ac shop for 250rs give it to electrician pay him 150rs for this job he will join two wires with it and the metal wire will go to the ac evaporator box below dash on passenger side...
Secondly turn on your ac and the wire going from ac compressor checked that if its damaged from any connector by moving it while ac is on if it trips than you can get that connector replaced, check whole wire till the fuse box, get this checking sone before installing thermostat.
The aftermarket thermostat has a knob to control temperature...
Dont allow ekectrician to alter wiring if he is doing so he is just doing to destroy your wiring and for extra labour... Get that done if front of you. Also check the ac relay in the relay box beside battery.

Sir AC relay tou shayad air filter box ke peechay hote hai usko clean kia tha us say tripping behtar ho gae theee. But kuch arsay ke baad dobara start ho gae thee.. If I am not wring AC relay say 2 wires niklate hain aik shayad distributer ke pass kahe connect hota hai secondly compressor belts ke pas kahe connect hota hai

Relay box kay andar bhi relay hote ha get thay checked by opening box.
G wiring ap compressor ko dekha waha se jo wire nikalte hain us ko hilaye har jaga se lose connection /connector ki waja se bhi trip ho skta ha... Otherwise thermostat bhi faulty ho skta ha

Sir my AC coil is choked air flow is around 60%. Mechanic is telling me for full service with gas.but cooling is ok . I do not want to refill gas . Is there any other way to clean the coil. Thanks in advance. Can u give me your number I can discuss with you

In cultus it can be cleaned by removing the coil cover dont know about alto... If cooling coil is to be removed then gas will be refilled
It can only be cleaned where it is fixed by a vacuum cleaner if cover can be removed in that position

Aoa alto inner condenser is beneath the glove compartment. You need to remove the glove compartment and approach condensor with dirt removing spray. Apply it generously and leave it for some time. After that grab a bottle of water spray which is normally used for ironing and clean the condensor. Make sure that ac drain is open and you can check the dirt that was clogging your condensor will move out of drain with water. You may have to repeat the process depending upon the state. You can use a mirror to have a better view.
