Assalamu Alikum Everyone, I have Alto Vxr 2022 late model I bought it brand new drove the car with first tank with fuel average upto 18 km/ liter but have heard this car to give fuel average upto 22 km / l in local drive and upto 27 km/ l on long drive. I am using 10 w 40 deluxe suzuki semi synthetic oil now after 5k km done it is giving approx 19 to 18 km/l some ppl say it gives more km/ l after 3rd tuning some say that its the best it can give that is upto 19 km/ l have heard from senior citizens that it can give even more i have tried to shift early gears at lower rpm but suzuki ppl say that it reduces engine life and the will of engine is reduced. Can some experienced person shed true experience on this topic yeah last but not the least i have tyre pressure upto 33 psi according to suzuki personal my car is exact stock car and have decided to use 10 w 40 so that warranty is not void.
One more thing extreme light foot that is changine 3 rd at 20 and 4th on35 to 40 reduces fuel average to 16 km/l . Wajahat Ahmed Garage on youtube has claimed 25.85 km / liter on local drive using 0w 20 oil also

bahi it gives in karachi bumper to bumper traffic example is shrae faisal.. it gives 16.5 .. max
otherwise if min trafffic 22 kmpl
Switch to 0w20 oil first
ALHAMDULILLAH the car is now 8000+ km changed to 0w20 oil first tank with normal drive gave 18kmpl but extreme light foot and not going 60 km + speed on 5th gear and slowly travelling the car with Ac. 1 gear changed when slightly kove 2nd upto 30 4th gear on 40 and 5th gear at 55 km/h +. Only then you are able to achieve around 20kmpl and have heard car gives good average after 10k to 15k Km.
