Alto Vxr Overheating only with A/C

I purchased a used Alto Vxr 2007 and from that day i am in problem. It Overheats. I need pak wheelers advice to get rid of my problem. I have done the following.
1. Radiator service done.
2. Radiator cap changed with Japanese original cap
3. Gasket Changed.
4. A/C service, A/C Baring checked and A/c belt Changed.
5. Using Osaka Coolant Green one.
6. Fan Checked and fan wiring/grips changed.
7. Faulty Hose pipes changed.
There is no T-Valve in car. After doing all this car is still over heating. Water in radiator starts boiling. Problem is only when A/C is on. Please Help

Change Thermostat as over period of time they starts opening less.

Does needle reach hot or in middle

Thermostat valve is already removed.

I have also changed the temperature checking unit. Needle moves to 3/4. Well above middle then i have to stop the car

Well if there is no t.valve installed in ur car needle should remain on C.brother have u changed ur ac compressor because sometimes putting heavier compressor put extra load on engine resulting in overheating.

Also check k is radiator reducing water.open radiator cap and check fr oil mixed with water.maybe the guy who replaced head didnt do it properly

Also there is ac thermostat installed in cars whose job is to trip ac.so the engine doesnt get overheated.sometimes our einstein ustaads take tht out so ac just keep on working without tripping.but actually tht ruin our engines

Today i went for a radiator service but the guy told me that the situation with your car is only because of radiator. On his recommendation i changed the radiator with denso radiator. He gave me guarantee that within one week if car will again over heat he will return money. Lets me check it during coming week

There is no T valve in car. Should i install it? Or being without T-valve is fine?

Well no need to put t valve right now

City you are based in?
Radiator cap you are using on your car?
Is ac compressor oem?

i live at karachi. Radiator cap is Japanese purchased from plaza 0.9 psi. about ac compressor i am not sure

0.9 radiator cap is your problem alto oem radiator cap is 1.1 bar one replace yours with correct specs

Yes 1.1 radiator cap is refered by company try it
