Your problem seems more like electrical. However, if you want to visit ghafoor ustaad, give it a go... He is a nice guy and will guide you properly.

The map is easy. When you are coming from hayatabad, just after phase 3 choke, there is Faisal bank, and a bridge, with which a road is going down (Shahan Hamid Shakor Road). Turn there and then turn in the first street on the left mentioning "Riaz autos". In 100 meters on the left, you will see workshops. Ask about Ghafoor mechanic.

For electrical work, I will suggest you another guy. I will find his address.

You may follow what Xulfiqar sb suggest you. Do a citric acid flush to your system and replace the thermoswitch.

Kehta hai Alto VXR 2010 mai fan Switch hota he ni hai. Ye new cars mai hota hai.

Mechanics ka kuch nahi ho sakta...

The coolant is at the top when mechanic once opened the cap engine hot
N after night the coolant level in radiator goes down.
Should we only check radiator bottle only?
Cox my bottle has almost double the amount of maximum.
And one more question the the pipe that goes into the bottle needs to be tight as well. My bottle is lying there casually n sometimes the bottle lid comes off itself easily.

You are right. Cleaning radiator and cooling system of a Pkdm alto is pain in the a$$. There is no cleaning valve in the radiator 🤣

I would suggest you replace your mechanic as soon as possible. - Either he is high or you heard it backwards.

all older cars with electric cooling fan had a thermoswitch, newer cars come with ECU controlled fans.

sounds like your system is not air tight, a normal working system uses the expansion bottle as a reserve tank for heated/expanded coolant.

The radiator cap acts like a pressure valve to release pressure to the expansion tank when the specified pressure (printed on cap) is exceeded. The cap also acts as "siphon" to suck back coolant from the tank when the system cools down completely.

For this the system needs to be air tight, meaning no leaks anywhere including the pipe that goes from radiator to the expansion tank and also inside the tank - meaning the suction tube should be on the cap and should go all the way down the bottle/tank.

Find someone who knows how to work on cars built after 1960s, your guy probably works on aircooled motorcycles etc.

Maaaann. Its all normal. When the coolant is warm, the level will be always high and pouring off the radiator. On cold engine, the level will be lower, but still you can see the coolant inside the radiator... However, if you fill your radiator and then next day the level is low, it suggest some problem. Too low coolant is the indication that either there is leakage in the system or air lock in the system.

For leakage, check all the hoses for leaks, and assure that hose clips are in place. But there could be other reasons for leakage.

For air lock, your cars cooling system needs burping/bleeding, bcz there is air trapped in it. There is an easy method to bleed the system.

Regarding the reservoir bottle, you will see the indications "low" and "high". Never fill it above the high or maximum level.

If the bottle lid is not intact and comes off itself, please change it. Make sure the reservoir bottle pipe is not clogged. Also confirm that the radiator caps pressure valve is working.

The thermoswitch is located at the end of the upper hose coming out of the top of radiator. It has a wire clip coming off it which can be removed. If you want to direct your fan, short that clip (NOT RECOMMENDED)

@horticulturalist Direct he tou ni krna na. Gari jahaz ban jati hai. Kabi optimum temperature pay ni pohanchte.lets see inshAllah in a day or 2 i will visit a competent mechanic. Tab tak AC on pay he car chalaunga.
I m going to change bottle, its pipes, flush the system and change switch.
And ik kamal ka kaam kiya hai mechanic ne, 1 L premixed coolant dala hai n baqi pani. N he said mere car mai 8 years se bs yehe thek hai.
