Alto VXR to VXL conversion

I have SUZUKI ALTO VXR 2020 model and I want to convert it to VXL is it possible to convert it to AGS if possible then where should it be done in Islamabad and how much will it cost approx. will come

better swap the transmission with compatible AT or CVT box.

JDM alto shares same engine, so with wiring/eco change the auto txn might work flawlessly.

offcourse, u will need to change:

Gear lever
Brake pedals.
Cluster
Ignition switch
ECU
wiring loom
radiator
axles etc

P.S. sell VXR and buy a VXL

AGS is VERY sensitive. Unless you want it for an elderly person or a female in the house who doesn't want to drive manual dont go for AGS.

Im also looking for same in islamabad/ rawalpindi. Got alto ags 2019 but had gear failure issue so got complete transmission changed from chah sultan for 1.5 lac rupees.
Now im even afraid to drive the car because of transmission failure
I was thinking to swap transmission with some kabli cvt gear box. Can someone tell is it doable and how much this project will cost?
Canr spend 1.5 or 2 lac again in case of gear box failure of this 660cc small car

Wasn't your car in warranty?
You should have pursued your case with Suzuki. Also consumer courts upcountry are a very good forum for such issues
