Am I Paying Right Price for Margalla? Help Needed

Hi Guys,

I have driven Santro for sometime thought of buying Sedan in a limited budget. My father advised me to buy Margalla 96 owned by his friend. I went to see it today and to my surprise I was shunned. Car is in extremely great condition though it was painted but a very good quality paint was used from some Suzuki dealer. No mechanical or body work at all, Engine looks super awesome, ac work exceptionally well in short in a remarkable condition. Everything else in car is original and only driven 90,000 kms. That uncle even in his bungalow keeps his car covered all the time. I have taken drive and it was great showed it to my mechanic and denter they have passed it. But there is a problem!

Uncle is demanding 4 lack for this car. I need an honest, expert opinion shall I buy it or at what price that should be fair. What could be the price tag for this car? Please help me!!!

If it's a genuinely 90k driven car than 400k is a reasonable price tag.

Try to get 10-20k discount if possible...

Guys he is of 65 years of age probably of my father's age and his good friend and extremely adamant with the price not coming down even 1000 rupees. He wanted to sell it for 450k but since since abu asked him to sell me he reduced price to 400k. I did not mention earlier that he bought japanese rims and brand new tyres for this car aswell. I was asking you ppl because tomorrow i will finalize the deal. Anymore experts @ Capstat @ekdrifter @zulfiqar ???

If the car is mechanically fit.
Then the demand is completely reasonable.

Well in my view if the car was not painted then 400k would be great as margalla has lost its market about 10 years ago 350k would be fine for thus car plus pics would help
No doubt its a great sedan by suzuki but it also has issues esp shocks on a margalla go bad very soon
Check more cars in market though

Price seem reasonable if car is not that stupid green color (that color hold bit less resale) I sold my margalla for 425k 96 model red color 300k km driven on original sealed engine showed from outside

I have finally bought it a week ago for 400K. This is no ordinary drive guys it is over whelmingly amazing. AC is excellet petrol average is excellent fueled 1000 rupees petrol and driven around 125 kilometer with petrol still left. On CNG it gives 120km in city with AC on all the time. I think its quiet economical for atleast 19 years old car. I am really satisfied with it. Had to post pictures but time could not allow me. Thank you all for your advise. Closing thread now.
