Assalaam-o-alaykom guys!

One of my relatives is selling her Plot in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. As she is located in Kuwait at present, and will be moving to Pakistan in a month or two, she wants a conveyance for herself. So she decided to sell her plot here in Karachi.

I suggested her that she may also go for an exchange with a vehicle if she wants to, in order to get the things done in a more smoothy way.

Now, as per my suggestion, she has agreed to exchange that plot with a vehicle. It's a 600 Square Yards Plot, Boundary Wall, Big Gate. With all utilities in the area. It is located near-to Malir Cantt., Karachi.

Now, if there's anyone who wants to exchange his / her vehicle with the plot may let me know.

I meant that we won't have to go for two transactions, but as per the suggestion you guys have given, I am going to work on selling the plot.
