All of them are not tested on test track. However each and everyone of them is tested on full throttle on a testing machine on which the bike stays still and the rear wheel moves a conveyor belt. Computerized readings are taken and the bikes checks out only on satisfactory performance.
Running is a highly recommended process its better for the life of the engine however AHL engineers don't enforce it specially in Euro 2 case.

Bohat zaroori hai, maloom nahin bhai k log kiyuon nahin samjhatey iss kee ahmiyat ko. Merey khayal mein to BREAK-IN Period bike k liyey zaindagi mout ka farq decide kerta hai jo k usey chalaney waley k weight k hisab se engine ko rawan kerta hai aur engine mein jo parts friction ke wajha se ghistey hein wo bhi bike chalaney waley k wazan k hisab se sdjust hotey hein.

How come the euro-II cg125 has better road grip? And how come engine vibrations have lessen? can you please throw some light on it?

First time in the history of the CG-125, major change in Engine has hapended
I guess Roker Arm and some other head components have been changed in order to reduce vibration on high speed.

Engine life of a bike depends on the running style and period, so first 400 km no double sawari and never use full throttle. I own a 2004 Honda CD-70, with standard parts it has mind blowing pick and touches 80kmph on local roads and 90 kmph on smooth city roads, with 80kg weight of mine...

axi bro, the vibration is reduced (not removed) as they incorporated the rokkers, rokker follwers,and cam follwers same which come in GS-150 and paiggos but offcourse the road grip remains the same dangerous and life threatining.

I wish they must introduced the self adjusting valves over haed too just like paiggios and GS to make it completly maintaince free as well...

ROckers and cam guides seems less bulkier....... matlab less weight of moving parts.....means less torque(maybe) and vibration........Acha hai....If the vibration has lessen then A little bit less torque wont hurt.

there is a small self adjusting valve type wahser between rokker valve .... in head which adjust its direction acording to available space and valve direction, it assures there wont be any tik tik noise even valve are losen after a long time use as the adjuster adjust itself according to available space in between hence less vibration due to no patting and also less noise even engine is not tuned for long..

it can be seen when the tappet cover is opened..
