I'd be interested in restoring either of these. I have access to the body parts, interior, and already have the 4age TVIS redtop (the original JDM hatchi had the blue top), non TVIS redtop small port, t50, rear diff and drive shaft etc.

@edge540 ...Many thanks man.....I would love to talk to you regarding this. Just csme back to pakistan ..............It was my nephew driving it.............The project is still on hold, until i get all the things...............Issues are with intriors mostly....

if all this hype and praise is about rear wheel drive corolla with EE86 gen body then i would refer for old gen celica (much more stable for installing 1uz 2jz or any other monster engine) instead of it becuase it have atleast some parts available in pakistan and restoring this ride (in this very very thin condition) is pointless

as of right now I want to confess that I love oldschool RWD toyotas - but I actually became lazy on the purchase of a 1983 corona GT complete with 4AGE, T55, a 4.11 LSD with IRS setup at the back.. This car is still in Karachi, its got a H-xxxx registration and is white in colour.

It was complete with no rust and complete interior and exterior.

I literally feel hurt when I remember that.
