Since my car has a japanese tape with no english language and only dvd option. I want to change its tape with an android one.
Please drop recommended ones with price tags.

Whatever happens, don't get those Chinese crap thats available in the market. Opt for either Nakamichi or the newer Onkyo units. The nakamichis start from around 25k. Their flagship model is around 60. The onkyos are a little pricier with their flagship being for 80ish
