yes I have and it looks nice in a lab or just to play around - but in real world high load environments it can bite you, so my recommendation is to completely write a new ECU from scratch, What you showed here is a piggy back ECU working but on a very crude scale - you essentially killed the PIM value which is critical to measure engine load value.
In proper way you leave the load inputs alone or at max step them up in linear fashion and use the raw output of the feedbacks to work your goal. But why re-invent the CNG emulator+advancer when its already available in retail.
