yes I have and it looks nice in a lab or just to play around - but in real world high load environments it can bite you, so my recommendation is to completely write a new ECU from scratch, What you showed here is a piggy back ECU working but on a very crude scale - you essentially killed the PIM value which is critical to measure engine load value.

In proper way you leave the load inputs alone or at max step them up in linear fashion and use the raw output of the feedbacks to work your goal. But why re-invent the CNG emulator+advancer when its already available in retail.

ok I agree with your statement that I am mistaken . but I do claimed it by seeing the actual result's of the live data stream no difference in ignition timing as it was originally on petrol had taken mile's and mile's of test drive still the result was same . first according to the manual I was also expecting that when we modyfy the map input the ignition timing will also get retarded in my mind the timing will be retarded to 4 or 5 degrees on the idle and about 48% on the upper throttle angle's and sengine speed but the reality was different for me as it did not changed why? why it does not changed that is why I am here to take opinion's from the expert's like you.
In my whole professional career I had studied. and learned and teached with the same fact's about modyfying the map input and o2 input that it will alos retard the ignition timing but now at this stage what should I do I am doomed in a box. as this is proving all the theorie's wrong.

plot the timing graphs and you will find your answer, if you test the TE2 sequence the PIM will register "error" as its impossible in natural phenomena to have 5kpa manifold vacuum in this engine at idle speed with IDL switch ON. The ECU is basically dumping all logic and trying to follow the base ignition table. It is however a speed density system and it follows the same logic as explained by ecu designer.

This fault happens normally in 4AGE blacktop, when one throttle blade is a bit stuck open or some mechanic tried to clean the "chaar thraatal" the map goes atm1 yet no check light but rpm idles at 2200.

sir it is not a advancer for CNG this system is been designed for running both fuel's at the same time ... how should I explain to you did you get it we are running the engine by the refine mixture of both petrol+CNG togther. for a smooth drive + economical. sir that is it.please share your technical expertise with us to enhance it more.

I know - I have seen such a unit before that uses dual fuels, infact I have worked on such engines but they are bigger than this toyota crown itself. The system was not a packaged item, it was bespoke built.
