Just got back into Lego with a Technic set gifted by my wife, after a hiatus of 15+ years.
@bym007 welcome to childhood in adulthood,
3 news sets are unpacked with me since 2019. even in COVID lock down i was unable to open and start any.

I have been buying my daughter Lego sets in last few years, but not much for myself. So it feels good to crack open this one.

The wait is finally over.
UnboxingFrom a very young age, I learnt one trick not to lose small bricks and parts is by using a white table or bedsheet. This way, I dont lose small parts..
After a few sessions (around 7-8 hours combined) of building time, I have the Ducati ready..
The model comes with Ducati labels, which I do not personally like, as they lose glue after sometime, and come off. Printed blocks have much longer life. So with this view, I applied labels to one side only..

There are loads of fine details on this model, like a working engine and 2 gears..Ducati v4 Engine during building process.
I have a strange feeling this won't be the last one InshaAllah.

This is a very large technics set with 4000+ pieces. Box is huge and very heavy around 5-6 Kgs..
