i have twospeakers, one is local manufactured and the other is of pioneer, speakers are giving some noise(pharh pharh....)like something is vibrating inside. speakers are perfect from outside. what can be the issue and how much it would cost to repair? is repairing a good solution? from where to repair and our quality ke lie kis chez ka dehan rakhna hota hai during repair?
could be just dust particle or could be a burnt coil.
try to put the speak upside down and play it high. then put the speaker to its position and test. if gone good, otherwise u have a burnt coil.

if i run a sub rating 300rms , if i am running at 600rms from amplifier ,like JBL 300Wrms sub can run on 600rms amp , will it let me to reduce gain setting ?
in this way , less gain open , less distortion ?
what is compression , aare these for sound quality setting
?
BMX1 , BMX 2 , Off , Comp1 and comp2
this way u can switch off any circuit enhancment (loud , bbe , etc)
compression is the quality which a song looses during format change. in other words , its a type of circuit enhancment.

what will be the setting if , some one using P1Y
having 6.5v prevolts
using on some amplifier that have gain setting from 5v to 0.2 volts
it all depends .... i like my music to be the loudest at 30 max. so i will peak the gains more. some like it at 60 max for them they have to reduce the gains.

keeping 307d2
from 2.0cuft3
to 3.0cuft3
what can happen??
will it get more loud and boomy ,
decrease in punch
will SQ get rubbish?
will it be louder at low notes
cause from the chart i have seen that 12" woofer ,some on posted on PW , the max cuft3 enclosure is 2.5
i have no idea about enclosure , though u r the guy who also have alot of experience about enlosure matching for the subs
smaller box=punch
large box=boomy
small box=more power handling
large box=less power handling
smaller box=more upper bass
large box=more lower.
if u make the box tooo big and tune it low , u will decrease spl but increase low end bass.

why bigger enclosure requires less power then smaller enclosure ?
smaller box=more cooling
large box=due to cabin gain u need less power to produce same noise as small box.
but the sound totally changes and depends on tuning.

about wires :
in which condition do we really need to change wires drawn from battery to amplifier
when ur amp is far away. the more the distance , the more thicker wire is needed.

okay i was playing a three woofers 2 xplod pentagon 1400 watts and one 306c...now im going for two spls 3000 watts is this better choice...one spl is repaired it has been glued on the cap...what should be the price for two ov them...previously had a f47 now getting f2000 is this a better choice
spl and more expensive subs are a total different ball game. wat u have been hearing all this time is mid bass. mid bass can be heard thts y ppl feel loud. spl subs produce bass which u can feel. since u cant hear it , u feel its not playing to loud. so think b4 u upgrade wat suits u
