Any existing or ex Nokia 6600 users?

Hi Guys AOA.
i have just bought Nokia 6600 with 128 MB MMC.i dont know whether 6600 is built like that or there is a manufacturing fault with mine so plz help me out!!!
1)The first problem is that it cannot be connected to PC via Infrared port.all the other mobiles of Sony Ericsson are connected to pc via IR within no time like SE k700i,k508i,F500i and even sets like j200.they can recieve and send photos.sometimes 6600 is connectd to pc via IR very very rearly ,,but can only recieve pics ,it cannot send.how ever it is working two way on mobile to moble
2)The second problem is that it can share pics and videos from one mob to the other via IR and Bluetooth but canot send midi ringtones however it can recieve same midi tones from others.when you click on "send via IR" or "send via bluetooth" the IR or Blue tooth doesnt activate.
Kindly Do reply with your experiences with Nokia 6600!

the first problem is with every nokia set cuz they have a problem connecting through IR . other sets like sonyericson are quik share sets thts y they connect so easily. so u shud better buy a bluetooth dongle or get a data cable of it. Dont know abt the second prob. if its in waranty then get it checked by the salesman.

For how much price did you get it and from where? I have SE K300i at the moment and was considering up grading to Nokia 6680.Anyone having similar problems with this set sa well.

well i an in Rawalpindi and i bought this Nokia 6600 2 weeks earlier from singapore plaza.The cost of the set is Rs 12600/- and it has 32MB card so i exchanged that card and get 128 MB card.In exchanging i have 2 give 800 RS more so it became 13400/RS.I downloaded 4 softwares from a guy sitting there in another shop and the asshole charged me 400 RS.When i came back and connected the net all those softwares were available on net.These 4 softwares were
1)Philips camcoder (for unlimited movie depending upon ur memory)
2)Smartmovie
3)Ultra MP3 for plying MP3 songs
4)Antivirus
The phone is under Chimera Gurantee.i dont know its office i think it is in Blue area...........Anyone of you know about its location???????

yaar connection IR u have to go connect than modems not infra red. in modem click on via infrared and than try. i hope this will work.

i m using 6600 for last 1yr i have no such complaints its exelent.
