what car are you talking about and what sort of noise is coming?
Mehmood Denter. It's near top gear workshop adjacent to the tire shop in DHA phase 1 near NADRA centre. Ask anyone. Hefty guy. Good job and reasonable charges. I used to get my cultus fixed from him for all fender benders...
This is the real question - could be ambient sounds, wind noise, rattling or whatever. Seems like OP is concerned about cabin noise which, generally, one has to discover himself and then either do DIY or specifically instruct the mechanic/denter.
Where are you located in Khi?
You wii have to diagnose yourself. Denters will charge you a lot and still not properly fix your issues. Even my car's interior rattles a bit which I've diagnosed to those silver painted trim panels on dashboard and front doors. Now need to find a way to retighten those.
which car is it btw
If you're talking about Lancer then I'm surprised. I kept 2 Lancers between 2006 and 2016 and never got an interior rattle. I have acoustic cell foam tape from AliExpress which really helps with interior rattles - hard part is pinpointing those but, once discovered, that tape can be wedged between them (out of sight) and really works well.
It seems the door and dashboard silver trims have become very slightly loose in their sockets. When I press down on them with light force the squeaking in that panel goes away.
Those silver trims were rock solid in both my Lancers. As I said, you could wedge some acoustic tape or even double tape between them in order to quieten them. I find noisy interior panels to be the worst thing in a car, but one can only do so much.
I've had a powerful sound system in the car since 2009. I'm sure those rattles are a result of all that bass. Will look up this acoustic tape.
This is the one I use, got it from AliExpress. Its made of closed cell foam and can be cut and compressed to fit between 2 panels which stops them from vibrating against each other and producing noise. Glad to hear that you are using a nice sound system, though in my little experience I found Lancer's stock system to be the best one I've heard.
And this is the kind of material its made of (closed cell foam). Does not absorb water, so longevity is great.
This is great.
