Any good, honest mechanics for mercedes w123 in Islamabad?

Hi everyone. I've got a Mercedes w123 1979 (300d) - it has a number of problems that I want to get fixed.

First the engine has a lot of blow-by - exhaust seems to have tons of white smoke coming out of it too. I've gotten the fuel injectors cleaned, new fuel filter installed, and the timing done as well, but it hasn't improved anything. Thinking of running a diesel purge before looking at a dreaded engine rebuilt (not sure if I can afford that)

Can anyone recommend a mechanic? Or someone who can help diagnose and fix the problem?
