Shapes is not near eaton, its far from there. From eaton you have to take the road that leads to PNS Shifa hospital in Phase 2, from there you will see a road leading to back area of railway station, follow it and it will lead you straight to shapes. Its an old place right infront of the fish sellers cabins, where railway marriage lawn used to be and if you know pompie restaurant its at the same place.
Otheriwse there is one more gym named Cuts & Muscles near Mobilink head office, submarine chouk. Infront of PSO petrol pump. They have seperate facility for both men and women. Goga is famous but when i went there i didn't see any seperate place for women, maybe they have too.
