Im not sure what kind of radio operator u mean but I operate the Radio onboard the ship I work on all the time. Should be able to answer simple questions but im not certified, but I do know alot of collegues that are. I can ask them for u if u have some concrete questions?
I have a radio in the car. So I am a radio operator. Ask me anything you want to about a radio.If u meant radio station transmitter , then thats a different thing.
