I'm facing such problem in my CULTUS 2005 carby, he car brakes when the brake discs are cold, once or twice you hit the brake pedal with some force and BOOM, there you have more or less NO BRAKES, i mean it.

The brake fluid NEVER drops, the pedal is NOT soft and DOES NOT touch the floor. I am unable to figure out the reason and Not brave enough to let some desi ustaad experiment on

thanks, brake fluid level remains same in months, pedal become hard after first 1 or 2 light paddle strokes and remains hard, light brakes are still manageable but hard braking is a big NO NO, and as @nfsmostwanted rightly said, am too afraid to let desi ustaad to fiddle around with brakes.

Your problem seems like a problem with brake pads. The low quality MK pads have typical same problem. Which brake pads are you using?

Check the rubber brake pipes attached to front brake calipers. If they are local made, change them to genuine. They affect the brake bite drastically.

i'm using MK :o :o :o

rear brakepads needs to be replaced , suggest me some good brand so that i change all 4 at once .. i never knew MK had this problem

haven't checked them yet, but they are genuine, never replaced. will check/replace them soon.

@qazi_sajid actually currently using Firxa brake pads in my car. BUT I AM MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PICTURES YOU ATTACHED WITH CLIPS AND BACK PLATES OF DISC PADS.. these are not available with disc pads generally. So what is the IMPORTANCE of them?

On pad backing plates antiseize is applied to prevent them from sticking with caliper or piston i guess I'm not sure about it some people also say it helps stop some squeaking noises.
Brake pad's have two side's one is friction material which is kept towards brake rotors the other side which contacts with brake caliper or it's piston is called backing plate of brake pad.
