I am facing a Problem with my GD 110 HU 16' Model with non alloy rim
the issue is when the bike hits a bumpy road or normal bump, the bike ride feels unbalanced like rear wheel and front wheels are not aligned but after some time automatically the feeling is normal?
Anyone noticed it ?

Adjust the rear shock absorbers to a bit stiff level hopefully your problem will be solved.

Check for wheels alignment and bearings
