Anyone has Net Metering working on their solar system (Lesco)?

I have a couple of questions.

When 3 months have passed and my off peak units are still in credit, do the units automatically convert to rupees? And at what rate? With or without taxes?

Also how many months of bill it took you for correct billing to start?

This happened with me once when I checked my bill it was showing same numbers all I did was contact lesco and they fixed my bill next month.

In case of net metering without batteries, if there is load shedding during daytime do you still get power for use via solar?

Batteries are there to balance the flow.
Solar panels are very sensitive, a little restriction in sun light causes them to loose power.
So without batter your voltages will not remain stable.

That's called On-Grid mode, when grid disconnects, inverter stops working i.e. No production from Solar panels

I have a question regarding export of electricity to grid but no one has answered it so for.
The question is if during day time a Solar system is exporting excess electricity to grid and meanwhile there is power outages( either scheduled or unscheduled) in wapda line. Where did this exported electricity go specifically in wapda line. I mean kaha tak ye current jaega in wpada line during power outage?

When wapda goes down, then On-grid/Grid-tied inverters stop making any electricity altogether. While, Hybrid inverters will switch to Battery + Solar and continue powering load unless load exceeds available power from battery & solar - if that happens then they will stop as well.

Grid tied will shut themselves down during outage. Hybrids will cut off from grid and provide power to output port only, If generation is more than load, they will slow down and generate according to load only.

Can Anyone tell me why lesco charges for peak hours when the off peak are in credit. Where the excess exported units go ? even when the imported off peak units are balanced with exported off peak units.

They will charge for peak hours. If yor export is more than import for consecutive 3 months, they convert surplus units in to rupees (around 10Rs per unit). That credit then they use to offset peak hours bill.
