My friend doesn't want to do any type of restoration project. He needs a comparitively newer sedan in budget of 9 lacs.

Lancer is 9 please avoid... You will have to spend atleast a lac to bring it a proper and I mean proper order... Nice cars are fetching easy 11 to 12..

Ask him to check for a city 2005-07...

Else, with 3 lancers with me I assure you no city can be compared to a lancer,

Rest assured all the parts for a lancer are easily available and in much better quality than local...

Thanks for your reply but i don't think that he can find a well maintained city 2005-07 in 9 lacs budget as well. He has found a lancer 2005 model silver manual with black interior. Fully showered but he is guaranteeing about engine and mechanical stuff of the car. The guy is asking 950 for it. What do you say?

I won't go for it in 950 if it is showered..., you never trust the seller, you should be checking the car yourself...

Max 9 if the engine is factory, all electrics is proper and there is no rust or frame damage... Please do check the underside and check the car for any missfires or bad idling...
