API Certification and testing procedure for Engine oil producers

I have one customer in KSA.
They need API certification of their products as they produce engine oil and Diesel engine oil so can anyone guide what is the pre-requisites and which certification bodies in Pakistan have the ability to test and certify those products.
Which consultants can assist in getting those products certified?

API certification can only be given by API itself.

KSA being largest oil producer is looking for certification partners in Pakistan ??

The crude produced by KSA & in GCC is transported to 22 refineries & blending facilities across Asia Africa & Eastern Europe.

In Arabian Gulf only Qatar has the largest facility for refining & blending fuels / oil across GCC.

Every country which has blending / refinery facility have SAE & API regional offices. Refineries & Blending facilities have licensed lab setups for compliance to respective standards.

Please do recheck from your customer if he is serious or was cutting prank with you.

Please check from PARCO / TOTAL for their lab setup they may be able to help you.

industries involved in such business can not operate without an In-house lab. That said, post#4 is quiet relevant.

Yes, they already have concerned certification bodies but for this work, they hired a Pakistani consultant since last 23 years who was based in Karachi.
Now they have opened new setup and coincidentally, that Pakistani Consultant has moved to Australia, his team working Behined are not doing satisfactory job so they are looking to hire other professionals.
Professionals in KSA are charging sky rocket high plus work level is also different
