although I am not an expert in real estate but as far as price is concerned, dont you think its high as one can find 8 marla house (awami villa i guess in phase 8) with 2 beds, drawing, dining, attach baths and a car porch in around 2.5 million... also the 1 bed room fibre houses in phase 8 is available for around 1.2-1.5 million... just my point of view... no offence

@maddy surely brother no offence, every one has his/her own views and they are entiteled to it.

the only thing to notice is the LOCALITY and LOCATION.. whatever u r getting IN THIS PRICE RANGE is located in phase 8 and phase 9 . which are not yet fully develpoed and are far away from ammunitites.

this appartment is in SAFARI 1 , THATS PHASE ONE. following are few of the facilitites that are available to u on literaaaly 5 mins walk

hospital
petrol station WITH A SMALL TUCK SHOP.
