I still dont get it, when you have skype and vimeo and other Voips then whats the use of banning Facetime.I have it in my phone, haven't really used it though.But PTA is kind of stupid in its policies.

I just saw this in the morning and i was shocked because i was using Facetime since years now what i have figured out is Apple make special models for UAE in those they do not have Facetime although anyone with official model can use Facetime, Apple has not launched iphone in Pakistan officially its just through UAE so they are bringing those phones here and selling it to people also if you are using Iphone these companies and send network updates to block Facetime here.
Finally, bought iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Gold with official Apple Warranty.

guys price is higher than the market but i guess they introduce warranty and 90 day accidental policy i don't think there will be any contract Pakistan ki reputation aur awaam he aise hai
there is already a sort of contract with ufone. i think pay 6 months upfront and get 10% off the phone . Bringing the price down to official apple prices worldwide
It's telenor who is giving iPhone 6 for 73,350/- to their postpaid customers. You have to pay 6 month line rent in advance which is approx 8,000/-
bro, everything is working except facetime.
I have bought it from FutureTech (the official apple retailer in Pakistan) with one year apple local and international warranty. There is no 90 day accidental policy. But you can extended your warranty to two year and it will also cover damage warranty.
so facetime isnt installed at all or doesn't work. if u bought unlocked it should work at least on wifi.
It is disabled. And my phone is fully unlocked.
why has been FaceTime declared illegal?and if we import an unlocked set it will normally work right?
Yes, PTA who banned FaceTime.
Yes, un-official will have facetime but there are chances that in future they get ban from PTA or service provider.
if you buy from official apple store on Apple you get 90 day accidental policy not sure implies with contract phone or not
