Apple already have launched iPhone in Pakistan. I'm using an Officially one. Check iStore and Future Tech.

No, you don't need anything to use local sims if you buy fully unlocked phone.

iStore currently have store in Lahore and Future Tech have in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

You can also buy official handset from Telenor, Ufone, Mobilink and Warid.

I would recommend you to buy it from Telenor with 10% discount. These handsets are fully unlocked and you can use any sim in them.

Please be careful before getting iPhone from telcos in Pakistan. It is heard that the lot all of our telcos have bought is from Dubai, and Face Time does not work on these devices. As it is blocked in UAE, it remains blocked in Pakistan as well. Check details before buying.

Yes, FaceTime is not working on these devices because, PTA has banned it. I have confirmed from iStore and Future Tech which are official Apple Retailer in Pakistan that these are imported from USA. And Apple have banned FaceTime as per PTA directions.

Moreover, PTA stamp is pasted on the boxes of these devices.
