Applying Genuine Plastic Shields Nissan Sunny-B13

As the title says, got a little workup done, that was due for a long time.

Plastic sheets of undercarriage were either broken or not present at all, so purchased a new set of sheets in Rs. 3500/- from Bilal Gunj and applied them.

Here are a few pics

Left side front one, it connects beneath the radiator on the left side.

Right Side, front one, it also connects beneath the radiator gadree and goes through till oil sump of engine.

Left side, it comes on the axle/kanghi side behind the left wheel.

Ok, now going through with installing the first one, that is on the right side, axle facing, behind the wheel. Bolts with washers were used to fix em.

Empty space, where it has to be installed. No sheild before :(.

Pre Installation......right side. Helper is fixing from outside, and mechanic from the inside.

Checking bolt's length, if it is appropriate and not too long.

Oooo, had a mismatch, one hole is far away from the shield's whole, don't know why this one was different, maybe anyone know. anyhow, it was fixed after some hassle, had to get it fixed with a bigger washer and a corner of it coming under it.

Yes brother, and also, one thing which i hate because of missing of these sheets was a streaking line/lines of mud on the inside of my bonet, which were apparently thrown up by the engine belts around pulleys whenever there is any mud/water stuck in them, i hate that lines on my bonet/inside therefore decided to do this.

yea and all that gunk piling up on the coils of the starter motor.

Yes, especially when you go out of city, everything beneath got the same layer of mud, hate it. I hope this will help in some way protecting wiring and other things.

BTW I noticed that it has very sturdy fitting, every sheet has 9 10# 0.5 inch bolts.
