L is the basic variant
It lacks rear auto windows, tinted windows, driver's side seat height adjuster, chrome interior accents on steering, immobilizer, better seats with de-attachable head rests, keyless entry, rear wind shield wiper.
S has all what L lacks plus it also has optional smart entry + pushstart, multi-function steering controls, led lights package and heated seats.
G has leather interior; leather stitched steering and leather seats, G has arm rest center console, retractable mirrors while locking and unlocking the car. G also has optional push start + smart entry, multifunction steering controls, led light package and heated seats. In G you have more chance to get these options rather then S.
Urban is basically a souped up G variant. It has 16" rims, multi-colored bumper moldings, multi-colored interior, better ground clearance and roof lines to carry more stuff.
