Arang Kel & Taobat in November

Dear Travel Gurus,

I have a plan to visit Neelum Valley in November 2018 (probably from 17-20th) with family.

Here are important queries for clarification:

1. Weather conditions of Kel, Arang Kel, Taobat? Snowfall conditions? Lowest temps?
2. Trek conditions of Arang Kel in that weather?
3. How can i Book Musk Deer resort? Or if coudnt get a,hotel in Arang, is there any good hotel in Kel?
4. Which is better place to stay? Kutton Jagran or Keran?
5. Can i take my cultus 2016 upto Kel considering the road and weather conditions of November?
6. If the weather conditions are not feasible for a family trip then I will have to postponed it till next Summers.

Dear Salman,

As far as visit to Kashimir during November is concern, point wise reply is mentioned here under:

1. Weather conditions of Kel, Arang Kel, Taobat? Snowfall conditions? Lowest temps?
   High chances of Snow Fall in Arang Kel and Taobat.. most probably the road leading to Taobat will be closed due to snow fall if it turns heavy.

2. Trek conditions of Arang Kel in that weather?
   Trekking till Arang Kel will be not much headache if all the members are grown up.... han it will become problematic if there are infants or little children in your family.. Moreover, a king of Doli chair lift is also operational between Kel and Arang Kel but i think as per my knowledge the lift will be operational till October at max... so its better that some other experienced members will confirm you about this. well in extreme whether it is difficult for you guys to trek till arang kel all the way from Kel.

3. How can i Book Musk Deer resort? Or if coudnt get a,hotel in Arang, is there any good hotel in Kel?
   No Idea about this might be some one else would guide you in a better way.

4. Which is better place to stay? Kutton Jagran or Keran?
   Jagran and Keran would be the best option... Keran Resorts / Valley trakkers resorts and Hydro Power resorts at Jagran.... but first try to contact them in advance..as it is a off season so no worries you can find empty huts there easily.

5. Can i take my cultus 2016 upto Kel considering the road and weather conditions of November?
   No not at all.. Cultus is not reccomended at all because there is no road after sharda which is driveable over cultus... so better to leave your Car at Keran / Kutton and hier a Jeep or any other local car till Kel...

6. If the weather conditions are not feasible for a family trip then I will have to postponed it till next Summers.
   It would be better to opt for this tour in Aug / Sept... either this year or next year.. this will depend upon your priorities...

Thanks for your detailed amswers.
But i think cultus has good ground clearance. Last year my cousins went on corolla and civic. Corolla easily passed all water crossings while civic got hit many times.
I think the weather conditions will be exactly checked at that particular time of my plan.

I think you will leave your car in Keran, and then hire a jeep.
