Hello guys I almost found all types of Thread there on Pakwheels.
some one even tried to sell an underwear so why not a thread regarding Architecture(lol hope i spelled it correct).

There are many Housing projects going on in lahore they offer from 2 kanal to 2 marla houses even and yes then you see big farm houses.

Some are built traditionally and some show modern designs.

Well basic purpose is that here you can share stuff if you are building a house or you can share plans of pictures of the house which you are residing or some house you visited(only with permission of owner or hypothetically assume you have taken permission joking.

Share pictures of Drive ways or lawns.

it is not restricted till here even you can post things about your Dream house or what ever it off the internet.

If you have some plans or are working on some Plaza etc any thing.

No this is a very useful thread. I wish it'd have started a bit earlier. A family friend of mine are constructing a house and huge amount of homework was done on the architecture and floor plans.

No I, myself am not directly into construction business. I can offer some material that is used after the construction, at lower rates to Pakwheelers only if the forum allows me. And no I don't even own the company that makes the "material".

what be the rough cost estimate of constructing 8\10 kinda house at 10 marlas at a good location in isb or lhr(not the plot just construction estimate)

I have no idea, though can guess it can be from 25 lacks to 40lacks max. dealers constructors give estimates as Per A grade B grade and C grade and if i recall correctly A grade is some thing like 1500/sq feet
