factory fitted hids on luxury cars like accord , audi , prius and others usually come with 35 watts hids ---- white light is much better than ordinary traditional halogen lamps . Evolution thru billions of years has made our eyes see much better in sun light which is pure white light -- white light is when all 7 colors are mixed and has the most lumens output -- white light that can mimic sunlight at noon time is the best light for human eyes to see better -------------- period ---
...but then again in banana republics where they don't go in details they can make it all together illegal with out considering the fact that a driver needs to have better night time vision . I myself have had two worst crashes into a COW and so many time Pakistani roads are so dark specially in villages and also many city streets besides many KHOTA GARI , COWS , HORSES AND PIGS dont come to vision specially during rainy days and there are many other vehicles who dont have rear lights at all -- Hell I can't drive my carar with candles or LALTAIN put on to my car's head lights . I have infact led roof top light on top of my car which i turn on at very dark places not to get a crash and avoid crashing in to strange UFO thingies like KHOTA , SOUWAR , MAJJ and vehicles having no rear lights ---
