Are these Spacers installed in the shocks?

Hello guys
just bought a vitz 2015
Are there spacers installed in the shocks as i can see a aluminium silver type ring on the upper part?

Should i have the front ones removed? Do they have any negative impact on the suspension? Car is making no trouble at all running very well but im concerned about the height of the car as in the front wheel arc there is easily 6 fingers space

off course the complete geometry of suspension is changed:

axles start operating at a steeper angle as compared to stock, reducing life
struts and mounts are in continuous tension
3.ball joints and bushed work as stretched
center of gravity is shifted due to uneven changes in ride height

get rid of them and get slightly bigger wheels, like vits come stock with 13, got for 15 in same profile
