Are Turtle Wax Products Good?

Hi guys,

i was just wondering about turtle wax products. if you have used them and what do you think.

i use these products:

Sonax orange bottle shampoo
Turtle wax car wash n wax
Trurtle Hard Shell Wax Paste
ICE liquid wax generation 1 & 2

Also can anyone guide me on what is a sealant? which products have sealants?

how can i get a good glossy shine for 1-2 months? while washing the car with sonax shampoo.

Some products give very good results, like their platinum series.
But recently I bought a bottle of turtle wax engine clean. I was very disappointed when it removed the paint on my timing belt cover. On the bottle it said that it was safe for paint and vinyl trims...
There have also been reports of sticky clay bars and some of their products have harmed single stage paint.
Always test on a hidden spot first.

Clay bars and their liquid clay. The clay bars are okayidh but the lube is just soap water, the clay bars stick to the paint. The liquid clay dissolves single stage paint (probably also removes clear coat, its colorless so you can tell but who knows), and it leaves white residue on all paints.

I used m80 to make my paint bright again, but that isnt easily available. Ultimate polish is a good alternative

I don't use them..low quality brand..there tin waxes were good at one time..things have moved on since then..

clay bar takes all dirt and other contaminents off the car surface makes it really clean.

The problem with turtle is it has too many products, many different series. Their platinum waxes and ice series are good. Others might be cheap and useless too.

Beware often old stock on the shelves has expired and can damage the paint... Nothing with the brand, its stockist/sellers mistake.

Used the Turtle Ice Clay Bar Kit.. Was Upto the Mark! No issues at all.Those who complain for the claybar to stick with the paint might be using less lubricant..

Yes, we dont hear good reviews of Turtle Products here.. I only bought it as this was the only option available at that time, But , I am completely satisfied with its perfomance.
Price also reasonable

A friend of mine uses this Synthetic Paste Wax on his grey Honda City. He tells good about this product.. The last pic you attached !

Ive used the ice paste wax and their shampoo.
The shampoo was very good but the paste wax was tricky for an even application as it was transparent.
Tbh their platinum series is much better.
