Ask for a refund pre-booked Hyundai Elantra - Nishaat Islamabad

We booked an Elantra 2.0 and PBO was issued on April 7th. The entire amount was paid by May 19th. My understanding was that they will be delivering the car in 60 days and a price hike won't affect our order. I got a call from Hyundai Nishaat on 26th and they asked to pay extra 8 lacs.

At this point can we cancel the booking? If we do will they refund the entire amount or keep the import tax? Did anyone else have the same experience with Nishaat Islamabad? If we pay extra 8 lacs is there a guarantee that they will deliver the car?

U will have pay bhai. If u cancel hyundai deducts 10%

As per my knowledge regally they cannot ask for price increase difference if you booked with full payment. Please get some legal advise from someone in the industry.

They always can. They never asked for full payment. Its ur choicenor ur bank’s policy. Company is well covered

they are not as per today news! ...... same to toyota they are offering full refund with rebate!

they can its written on PBO .. only suzuki they are the only one.. who lock the price at full payment!

Since it's a price increase. Check the booking form maybe u are eligible for a refund without any deduction.

Also contact your dealer and nishat group directly to see your options.

They would probably be very happy to refund you all the amount.
