at full blower speed the A/C compressor will cut out after the A/C has killed you by freezing, The tripping is set by a thermostat on the evaporator coil, as your car is old it wont have the original fixed item anymore and will have a big knob hanging there for adjustment.

The thermostat is set to full. Still this problem exists.

So where to look? and how to start digging this further? some how wiring seems OEM other than a small part.

Also do you think O2 should be left alone atleast for now? because as relay control module is a suspect? apart from wiring when i checked the switch for door closing i checked the wire till the connector to fuse box which concluded that wiring was ok but MICU was not. Do you think i should try changing the entire fuse box (asking shopkeeper if it does not work ill return).

These are picture of under dash wiring. DLC wires have grey paper like tape that is my hint that it may have been altered. Rest area where tape is brown, it is OEM I think. A very small portion seems non OEM ill open it and see it further. Also you may share if you see anything fishy in following pictures

MICU is part of the underhood fuse box and i believe the whole needs to replaced if faulty. My advise would be to swap it with another one and check, if issue remains then atleast you know that your MICU is fine :). I think CL7/CL9 share the same box but I might be wrong.

Yes will do the same but first i have to do Relay Control Module Input test. and verify wiring. After that i suspect MICU is gonner.
@xulfiqar why these codes are different like Alarm Message written at end? once module lost communication it lost it. how can it be possible it lost communication for alarm but works for other? can you help me understand difference in following codes

Just make sure you use a proper coolant. A good one there are alot in market which are nothing but color in water. I remember i poured Nipolex so called imported from USA. It became obvious that it was something like KMnO4 in water and it caused all rubber pipe to go purple. Inside out.

You should have Googled before pouring it in your car. You should have thrown the bottle of that coolant on the face of the person who sold you colored water. I was make sure stuff i buy is original if i want original. Attaching picture i took of the coolant i bought.

Yup pre diluted. It's 1 gallon. Price is 550 and available at Auto Pharmacy at main Plaza. I have used the red one. It's nice. But this one seems better. Red one is for newer cars.

Google shows Osaka too.......... useless IMO. It depends on you that was my old car so i didnt really bothered. I believed that shop keeper and after that i never did believed again. With my current car i wanted to put good coolant so went for Poision Caltax coolant and its worth it. By the way i have seen reviews are not promising for abro too

do the relay module input test and see if it fails somewhere. Communication loss from modules is not a simple absolute problem, it can be intermittent too.

@Xulfiqar if you would remember this post you replied that i should check for cupping on tyres and wheel spindle with stethoscope for bearings, i finally found time and checked all tyres thoroughly with stethscope and although sound from 3 tires was very loud and from one wheel intermittent. i found that if i move the scope to the brake calliper sound increases and is louder on calliper than listening at wheel spindle, so it must be binding brakes?

if you see the quoted post the problem appeared just after brake service so the brakes must have been adjusted wrong and are scraping the disk causing noise? although i mentioned before that the rim and adjacent area doesnt get hot but now after few km i can feel the area hotter than normal as well as the disk dont look as smooth as before.

how can i confirm whether brakes have been adjusted incorrectly? what do they even do in brake adjustment, tighten calliper or pads too much to cause noise? its present on all 4 wheels and on one wheel less so.

dont try to listen to the calipers with a stethescope as they will be very loud regardless of any condition of the brakes. The discs cannot be rubbing the calipers as that would create a very very bad situation and you will actually see the worn down marks on the discs.

Thats the anti-sway bar. See the end bushings why is it kind of leaned forwards? Is it nirmal?
Plus do i need to change the bushings??

No its tighten pretty well. I pulled out end links to inspect the bushings. The rubbers had pressed up marks on the points where the ends lean forwards
Rest of the rubber bushing was Ok. Should i change it?

i saw a brochure about toyota injector cleaner which showed really good cleaning of intake valves and combustion chamber. i know carburetors have separate cleaners, but most people on the internet say they are the same thing in different bottles.

is it safe?

leave it alone. The bushing seems to be in good health, try to wiggle it with a strong lever and see if it flops around.
