@xulfiqar well i dont know how but you have hell of memory when you share your experiences.

1. Just for sake of understanding i was helping student to design a spin coater for thin film deposition. During that i observed and we all know when motor tries to spin something it spins itself too. Keeping that in reference When you put car in gear why does engine not spin opposite and break all those mounts?

2. My and my friends car has wieard noise during cold startup from Self (CL7) its not like over crank but likes slipping starter motor but no vibrations during slip.

Mine is working, just a little down on power, I wanted to check my options incase it ever fails(which I hope it won't) kabali starts at 150k for a decent one

1.which is the best brand selection for Automotive Paint & Puttty.
Denter work will finish tonight so tomorrow he will bring paint colour.

2.Colour code written on our Tikli inside bonnet(engine bay)is "045". White something like off white in fact.
Is colour available by this code or classic way of opening "petrol lid" & match colour via this?

3.i saw some "ZK" brand automotive paint?How is it?

Lets hope it doesn't Like Xulfiqar said, have your serviced properly if that is making the car undriveable.

The only problem comes is that there is no instant torque, if I floor it from a standstill, it gives the engine check light and starts accelerating at a rate which is even less than the 2.8. But if I start of with half the pedal or quarter, it goes decently and touches around 145 with ease. People who have driven healthy 4m41, say that my car has no acceleration, they say that when I drive one, only then will I know the real capability of it

Are you sure its the pump? All sensors checked out fine? Could it be more boost than required?

Well I got it scanned and the error code was one which lead to pump problems

What about smoke do you see white smoke on light throttle and black on hard throttle what about sound of engine diesel engine tells a lot about its health by sound

No smoke whatsoever, this is a smoke free engine. Engine appears to be in perfect Condition, no blow. Just noisey but that again is due to the pump

Well it was initially leaking so I had it sent to a pump lab where they gave it a new kit and tested it. Never gave me a figure, but said that it's a healthy pump. And a day after fitting it in. The light started coming on when load was applied to the pump, never bothered me as I was experiencing a huge increase I'm torque in comparison to earlier.

Dear bro, Assalam o alaikom
I wanted to know that which sort of grease be applied to car brake components like pins, shims etc. I live in islamabad and due to frequent rains, brake pins etc sometime make weird noises. I dont want brake components noise so which sort of grease shall i use?? And from where would i b able to get that sort of grease?

the pump itself is pretty basic mechanically - the drive system on the pump is what is expensive.

If you tear apart one - you will find a bread and butter bosch VE pump design. just like when you tear apart a 1KZ-TE pump.

some people go to the extent of using a mechanical injection pump on both above engines and then wonder why their truck has all the power of a smoky low compression honda 50 engine pulling a fat doodh wala and 4 bottles of milk.

btw - 400K yen is not too bad for this diesel injection pump be honest, try sourcing a new front diff or something similar for a land cruiser

try a diesel purge first, this pump can become dodgy if the fuel pressure becomes low internally or the position sensors start to act up - to understand it better - think of it as a 1KZ electronic pump with mitsubishi wiring and control logic.

If I plan to keep the vehicle for another 10 years, I may consider spending 300k on a pump. But for a vehicle that is going to be sold on the first good offer, 300k worth fuel pump is a waste of money
