the noise can be worn out flex discs on teh driveshaft or torn up differential mount bushings in the rear subframe - it may also be the subframe bushings themselves, get under the car and inspect them.

Replacing the diff mount bushings is a bit difficult as you need to do it blind and you will need to make a puller tool to do this job.

I hope you are going to dispose of these cheap wheels on the car.

Of course i am gonna scrap them..they are killing the looks of the car

This was the second day after my friend sold his w203.he claimed that the fire was started from underneath side.the car was insured on the day the car was sold.he still has to pay 2 lacs to my friend.

as per ustad RA, the fire was caused due to the car having vilayat kee wiring....fail tuknolgee

Don't know what happened but according to the local people,the car was set on fire by the owner himself.

Some problems with my w202:
1,the heater is not working though the ac works perfectly
2,i can move the gear lever without pressing the break.is that ok coz we have to press break in jdms

It's possible
Diesel engine oil already contains handsome amount of detergents so no need to add the oil additive

I am noticing oil leak where the head meets the block. Engine: D15B. The leak (fresh oil) is at front left corner. Although I noticed some blackish oily layer at rear side as well.

I recently changed the valve cover seal so upwards its all dry. Is that normal for a failing head gasket?

Most probably its the distributor ring
