what rust?

the brake disc looks perfectly ok - so does the control arm, It seems that you didnt drive the car.

If you are concerned about the tiny specs of surface rust then rest easy, it doesnt affect anything

Okay perfect then, was just concerned because car was new and was parked new for like 2 years maybe so I didnt want rust wali beemaari on it after a few years since I reside near sea view(not too close but yet not too far so metal things at my homes get rusted after a few years) so just wanted to know If I could prevent it if its about to happen. @xulfiqar salaam brother actually i have recently installed 7afe in my ee90 with complete gearbox. firstly right axle seal was leaked i changed that seal. but again gear oil is leaking. it leaks most when i run car faster when i stop oil starts to dip on the floor today i inspected by myself both seals are fine now im confused from where gear oil is leaking whole area where gear box and engine are joined that area is wet with oil

if the leak is not on the axle seals and you see "gear oil" leaking from the bell housing then the gearbox input shaft seal is leaking. The gearbox needs to be removed to replace that.

Make sure what oil is leaking, - if its engine oil from that area then it can be the main engine oil seal on the clutch side too.

Both jobs require to remove the gearbox.

no bro its not engine oil because i recently installed new engine thats y i check oil level everyday engine oil is fine. and also oil which leaks is thick and more sticky than engine oil. well seems like its going to be expensive job to get that seal replaced coz here mechanics charge around 1000 to 1500 for gear box removal 1 more thing what am i going to tell mechanic which seal is leaked? i mean what im going to tell in urdu b.coz they dnt understand "gearbox input shaft seal"

Three way catalytic convertor,you will get the twc damage code whenever there is a misfire usually.It is a precaution to try and fix the misfire or else there will be twc damage.

Today I got it checked from one other mechanic, he also said that foundations are shot. I will post results after getting work done. Thx

Guys I am facing problem that my Khyber 99 is giving strange grinding/clicking sound somewhere around head when car is picked in 1st Gear or when with passengers or when with passenger climbing some steep inclination i.e sound is when car is under load.

Upon driving car very carefully that is pressing accelerator more then required to avoid even slight load on engine, there is no sound. On steep inclinations, sound is quite threatening, its like something is grinding.

My tappets are noisy. Even when car is idle, there is clicking sound. As per mechanic, tappets are adjusted properly and that all khyber tappets are noisy.

Any suggestion?

can you test for fuel pressure when cranking?

0300 is a random misfire, the 0305, 0302, 0303 are cylinder misfire events, such happens because of either a clogged exhaust or dead MAF sensor or a serious vacuum leak which causes the engine not to breathe at all.

i didnt check with the maf disconnected ,my mechanic saying it could be the fuel pump not sending the fuel,i do smell fuel...............what should be step by step diagnosis............i am thinking check plugs and change coils

connect a fuel pressure tester to the port on the fuel rail, you should have 55 psi pressure. (fuel pump good)

Check the EGR, is it stuck open? How about the secondary air? or other vacuum pipes

disconnect the MAF and try to start the engine - does it catch?

@xulfiqar AoA sir i have daewoo racer,last time when i changed plugs abt 1 week ago,plugs are ngk bkr6e-11 which have 1.1 mm gap.......the car runs fine uptill 60-70 kmph then i floor paddle in 4th gear....the car starts missing so much that it refuses to increase speed......no CEL appears no error codes.......plug wires are fine......car starts on single self......and on low speed it behaves fine.....and picks up full speed.......the only thing which i left is distributor......i want to ask does increased plug gap pronounces such problem??? moreover m also suspecting pickup coil.......factory recommends gap of 0.8mm.......i am a silent reader of ur posts for 8 years.....i shall be thankful to u.

Disconnect the exhaust by removing the bolts from the flange of exhaust manifold then crank engine,it will clear the error code ''twc damage''.

Classic sign of fuel starvation problem,check fuel filter and fuel pump.
