Classic sign of fuel starvation problem,check fuel filter and fuel pump.

but it behaves fine when standstill and picks up full race how much race is applied.......even on small gears it picks up full race......i have checked fuel pump....it gives sound which it normally gives.......the fuel rail pressure is 14-17 psi which i read somewhere is normal......the voltage to fuel pump is 12.4 volts which is alto normal.....the return pipe is working......i have experienced fuel pump problem sometime back and car does not pick race even when its standing still.

Disconnect the exhaust by removing the bolts from the flange of exhaust manifold then crank engine,it will clear the error code ''twc damage''.

What you are explaining is a test to verify if the cat converter is clogged.

@Xulfiqar AoA sir i have daewoo racer,last time when i changed plugs abt 1 week ago,plugs are ngk bkr6e-11 which have 1.1 mm gap.......the car runs fine uptill 60-70 kmph then i floor paddle in 4th gear....the car starts missing so much that it refuses to increase speed......no CEL appears no error codes.......plug wires are fine......car starts on single self......and on low speed it behaves fine.....and picks up full speed.......the only thing which i left is distributor......i want to ask does increased plug gap pronounces such problem??? moreover m also suspecting pickup coil.......factory recommends gap of 0.8mm.......i am a silent reader of ur posts for 8 years.....i shall be thankful to u.

change back to the factory champion plugs this engine comes with. Also make sure the pickup reluctor in the distributor is not scratched with sandpaper and neither is the cap scratched up - If they are you will have misfire issues under load.

btw - has someone fiddled with the trim pot? what voltage has it been set to? - Can you also check the MAP sensor?

@Xulfiqar my mehran turns off while driving and takes multiple attempts to start ...starts at once when gas pedal is not pressed when pressed it won't start a mechanic told me ...it gets "over" what does taht mean .......its a carby one

over means - carburettor flooded, replace the float needle valve.

ok......the previously installed plugs were ngk bpr6ey which were not found in market so i installed ngk bkr6e-11....the car ran fine on previous plugs just they were worn and 25000 km old........i havent adjusted gaps on new plugs and installed as it is........and no one has fiddled with trim pot,but i will check grip of that CO potentiometer.....coz i go to mechanic only under severe conditions........regarding map sensor,there is no CEL and no codes on diagnostics.......i had a spare MAP in my home......i installed that but nothing positive happened......but i am not sure it was good or not coz it was laying for years......the only thing left is pickup coil and distributor....will check that........thanku for ur concern.

I meant to say,to confirm faulty twc if misfire goes away.

KF VE engine, 660cc

everything is fine, power , pick etc

the only issue is an audio note at mid rpms in the form of "hooooooooooooooon" which suddenly fades away when car hits top rpm

what can it be ? transmission ? exhaust muffler ?

You must be having amp installed, if yes then its because of amp, very common in cars with audio amp, go to any sound system shop tell them to install an small device that cuts this sound

amp "noise" is different , it is "hisssss" at lower rpms , the sort you get on cheap low quality china amps

Make sure the grounds (battery negative wires) are tightened to chassis properly, and no chemical residue present.

I hope you will help me on this.
I have 2009 Altis 1.8.
The problem is when lights are on the radio signals drop. Actually drops at a very low level and FM radio didn't work.
I have HID installed at fog lights and blaster attached with the car frame and wiring was changed after HID installation as the previous one causing issues with HID.
Now even I turned off the fog lights... the noise still there at parking lights or with headlights too.
I guess we all know this issue but what is the exact or best solution?

It means your engine starts at a very rich level of fuel. Zulfiqar bhai will guide you better
