Rattling isn't always the correct answer, it needs to be replaced every 60k, blow into it and check if there is even a slight leak, change it

Ive installed inline fuel pump(CRLF) on engine bay about a month ago on my carby cultus. But from almost 1st day Ive continuous problem of shutting off my car engine after 2,3 miles or sometimes more while accelerating(no only on high speed) and won't start again on Petrol until converts on CNG but later after some time(minutes) it starts on Petrol . My mechanic already checked fuel filter, Fuel lines. He thought that might be issue occurs just because of intank fuel pump(although not running) hindering fuel flow. But for me I think its bc of just bad inlne fuel pump(although I can hear its sound all the time) due to its winding which stops working while hot. On other hand car runs fine on CNG.

Ive installed this pump for easy removal and installation in future. Also due to full fuel tank.

I need your valuable advise and troubleshooting on whether it just because of bad fuel pump, carburetor or due to some other thing.

Thats what i was about to say.it rattles but it has a leak also.car blows smoke above 120kmph

Haha Umer I knew this already but that's not the solution. I want HID to be there and solve the signal problem. There are plenty of solutions but I want exact to reduce the interference rather than spending thousands on each solution.

sounds like your transmission pump is not working, in your gearbox's torque converter the dog ears that drive the transmission oil pump can fracture which completely stop the transmission from working.

Sir i ve searched scrap market now the scenario is that manual conversion is costing me 25k and whole 1SZ vitz with manual trans is costing me 45k (3k lower if i opt for auto) , and similar MX 17 gearbox is not available in the market, engine health is like i ve replaced rings a year back and the block and pistons were in good condition but it does gives smoke on startup as the lathe worker didn't replaced valves only replaced seals of valves he ripped me of as the valves were cut so hopefully it will require work again, if i go for similar auto box which box will fit easily that carby cultus engine without changing axles ?
ever since im rubbing my head on what to do as im really confused, please help me with this my ultimate dilemma.

trans gives karr karrr like sound on parking if i press accelerator and the car is parked since problem arises 2 weeks ago
and the car dancing problem on sideways is not solved yet please advice me what to do.

Salam @xulfiqar where is the air vent pipe for gearbox in yamaha yb100 located.....there is buildup of air pressure in gearbox when i come after a long ride on it..

Dear Xulfiqar sahib

I intend to do brake fluid change on my 1.5 years old Suzuki wagonr, for that I have ordered zic dot 3 brake fluid from zicoil.pk and this is what I received:

Now the physical appearance of the containers suggests that they have been stocked for a significant amount of time, there is no MFG/Packaging date on the container so I observed the color of the fluid and benchmarked it against others which u can see in the photo.

Guard is bought from metro 3 months ago, it does not have MFG date but is very light in color.
Quick is bought from local shop few days ago, it was manufactured in March 2014 which is indicated by its color.
Last is zic which is darker then guard and lighter then quick so I assume that it is sitting in the container for well over a year.

So my question is does brake fluid absorb moisture in a sealed plastic container over time and become useless? or its just me being overly paranoid and it is absolutely fine to put it in my car regardless of its color out of the box. Apparently fluid in my master cylinder reservoir is somewhat lighter than zic.

Your expert opinion is opinion is requested.

Seiken used to be very good in old days. Now its all fake. if you bought zic from there website then it can be trusted surely.

Yes thats what I thought. I have emailed hi tech lubricants as well to ask the MFG date of this batch lets see what reply do I get from them.

Did you operate fuel pump through relay or directly connected via ignition switch?If relay is not installed to operate fuel pump then it could be the one of the reason for this issue.

@xulfiqar AOA sir. Sir I recently purchased a mira auto 2008 with 72k km on odo. The engine oil was in v v bad nick.It had lost most of its lubricating property (chiknai).I poured in 3l shell 5w-30 and let the car run for a week and then drained and poured another 3l 5w-30 in order to flush the black oil. Both the time oil filter was replaced as well. When i open the hood of the car there is a sticker with sth written on it in japnese other than 0w-30 and 5w-30 and 5000km, I tried to find out the diff between 0w and 5w-30 as per my research 0w to be used for areas with cold atmosphere and 5w-30 for hot climatic condition. My mechanic is saying that u did it wrong u should have used 10w-30 or higher as its an 8yr old car with 72k km on odo. To clear my mind and for next oil change plz guide me. Engine is strong no smoke no oil reduction no loss of power no stupid sound rather after 2 quick oil changes its more smoother and silent now. Looking for a positive reply jazakAllah.

Basically, there is relay installed which actuates and runs fuel pump through current supplied from CNG "petrol solenoid". In other words fuel pump runs only If touch switch is on Petrol.

@xulfiqar i was diagnosing a clunk noise from front left side of my car. Happens when you put from reverse to forward and start moving and also happens on speed breakers or bumps. How to diagnose. Secondly If i remember correctly when we install bushing in control arms and wishbones etc we have to tighten them after getting them on wheels rite? this can be done by lifting hub by jack rite?

Hi guys! I have a suzuki fx 1988! I was planning a trip to pindi so i was thinking to take it.. As it is hot so i will also be using ac... Can anyone guide me what should be my speed, how often should i stop it for rest and for how long? What precautionary measures should i take?
(P.s i will be travelling from lahore and will be using motorway.. One more thing that i recently changed its head gaskit)
