@Xulfiqar I faced an issue on my 2007 FD Civic this morning, I parked the car with half fuel tank last night and this morning when I started her the fuel gauge went to the top like normal and instead of coming back to the middle it went to the bottom like there is no fuel and the orange fuel light started blinking all the time. I tried to restart the car twice but no good. I did check the fuel leakage and all but it was all fine, went to the gas station and refilled the fuel to make sure the leakage but the gauge still didn't go up and the orange light kept blinking. There are no check lights, or other things, car runs fine as before, what could be the possible issue? Any fuse? Its going to be tough without a fuel gauge!

Recently install CNG in my mazda 808 , 7K engine , but mechanic have install kit very near to exaust , after some drive maximun half hour , car start missing on CNG and Ok on petrol , is that missing is due to rise in temprature of CNG kit ?

sir is it possible that the thing on which the self starter moves(big dish like part) can get free so no power to the transmission as its self used to struck somewhere i replaced its bushes from lathe worker and the self became perfect but the issue was not resolved, its like after 2 rotations of self motor it became struck so i have to play with the switch to start the engine like on and off.

@xulfiqar i was out of town so i disconnected battery negative wire from my car, now after 20 days i connect the wire again and tried to start the car but car would not crank.

it is dangerous. But i don't think it is the problem. Some CNG kits actually have connections to allow coolant to pass through. This heats the CNG kit. It actually benefits from the heat.

I bet yours is an electrical issue. Maybe a duff ignition coil

automatic transmission cars have a gear reduction type starter in them for this very reason, they are a bit expensive but never fail in the "bush kat gya" way, they also are higher torque than direct drive starters.

Honestly - the only way you can have a reliable car is to find the TCU for your gearbox and have the whole engine properly mounted in your car.

why install the regulator in such a bad place? btw - heat is not your issue, you are losing spark or timing - check the errors on it, by the picture is looks like a fuel injected 7K engine.

Yes its Efi 7k , and is really very thirsty on petrol and CNG consumption is also high

Sir i guess its too late now as you said earlier that the transmission pump is not working so gear sometimes engages or dog ears in trans pump that may be broken as u said earlier, but karr karrr karrr type of sound does comes from trans in parking gear when i rev up and also after gear engages, it is the first time this kind of problem appeared so i ve parked it since then 3 weeks gone.

so now i have several options
1. make it manual (costs are bit higher than option 2)
2. change with auto trans of any other car which can fit this engine (i m not certain that which car's trans would fit on this engine any idea? ) (this option would cost less if the gear is in abundance in scrap market like vitz,duet,660cc
3. replace the whole engine with vitz 1SZ ( now thats a big investment of 50k and i would b doing this under loans )

Brother don't mind but your car is having too much issue if you want to make car trouble free make bring it to factory specs as much as possible

no brother i dont mind that, its a machine not human, so its a very old machine too, other factor is that i cant get a good engine as people who toss their engine from their cars these scrapper clean them and say its came from japan this and that, even its production stopped long ago
its currently having cultus engine not in very bad shape no extra noise from the engine (but gives smoke on startup), it it remains sick as a very big transmission is fixed in it so axles remains out of order, its cross member is over loaded with its weight and torque it applies.

Is the ECU wired up correctly or is the system just slapped in place with a few wires. Reason to say this is because in old toyota EFI, if you dont connect the STA signal to the ECU your fuel economy would be worse than an old american V8 engine.

find a replacement gearbox - and its TCU, then find a mechanic who is well experienced in mounting engines - mount the engine correctly, you will need to have hand made axles installed as the G11 charade engine bay is very narrow.

Wire up the TCU correctly and make it work. There are no gearboxes that can be slapped in place and expected to work.

1. Alterations NO NO
2. You will have to look for a transmission then TCU and its sensor stuff. NO NO
3. Complete Engine Swap. As far as i remember may be i am wrong 1SZ is near 35k i guess

Thank you sir now you ve made my mind clear as i have to find similar gear box or i have to make it manual as the manual box is very small as compared to this one, so then i have to install clutch,gear lever wire with hand made axles on that too and to remove big brake paddle too, as i ve seen manual boxes in quantity there in scrap market but not able to find similar MX 17 box but will try again now, as earlier i was confused that whether some other box can fit it too or not.
the benefit of having this engine is that its parts are easily available and can be rebuilt any time so if i opt for vitz 1sz i may not have that option but the benefit of 1 sz is that its a quieter engine with less vibrations on idle and fuel efficient and have more power than this (i m not into racing its a family car), i was just thinking that i can get it done on loan if that is more beneficial than the other options i have.
