Bro do you know any person who can do this in this price, the price they quoted me that 45k with engine and 55k without giving old engine, giving me 3-4k discount on opting auto gear, getting a separate thing is always expensive there as they know a part only they have so black mail on price of that part, its a true saying by Zulfiqar bro as here in our country scrappers determine the prices of the cars.
and the car also needs radiator and steering box replacement they are running but not in very good position.

the back engine mount is on the subframe - the subframe needs to be lowered a bit to actually access the bolts of the bushing cup - thats why the rear mount is disconnected from it.

Is the ECU wired up correctly or is the system just slapped in place with a few wires. Reason to say this is because in old toyota EFI, if you dont connect the STA signal to the ECU your fuel economy would be worse than an old american V8 engine.

Sir how to check STA signal connection ?

check the wiring diagram of the ECU and understand how it connects to the car. The STA signal is the "self chabi switch ki garam taar" - you branch it to the ECU, the ECU then knows the engine is being cranked to start up.

Sorry about that. I meant that its not a one person DIY like me. and seems PITA as OP was not able to use ratchets and extensions easily

The only benefit of STA signal is to retard the timing rite ? how does it effect on fuel ? its for some 3-4 seconds. Yeh only case could be if its not at ground state ECU internals may not have pulled it down and it floats ecu things car is cranking rite?

it sets a base event in the ECU that the engine is starting, injectors fire what you can call "priming shots" into the ports which help for faster start - it does pull back timing to base for smoother start, but the real deal is that after starting the ECU sees the event completed and switches to control mode.

different manufacturers are different - this is unique to Toyota, in Honda the engine wont start as the injectors wont fire.

G11 charade, well thats very risky and can cost me alot more as the auto trans pump is misbehaving and producing noise so it can fail almost everywhere, these gears are already scrapped long ago so cant find the exact replacement, so Zulfiqar bro is rite that i can't install any other cars box as i need that engine too to run it perfectly. ill go to market again with enhanced negotiation skills, what i need to see while the swap is in process can you guide me please.

Yes that is the case but if you are going for tranny swap make sure to check following
1. Does that trany is hydraulic or electronic controlled
2. Did it came with Seperate TCU ? or had one big ECU with integrated TCU
3. Was that damaged by water? because when they are shipped to pak most are exposed to sea water.

Need advice regarding hydraulic clutch of my LC 70 series, SOME TIMES its little difficult to put into gear while engine running, I floor the clutch in all the way down by force and put in to first gear. Also feel the clutch not press full during all gear changing.

Depends where you feel they are coming from. For the dashboard I am facing same issue but don't know how to sort it. If the noise feels like it's coming from doors what I do is lube with silicone grease the rubber seals every 6 months. It helps a lot. Unless you have a corolla depending on the tires it just happens to develop noises very early on from the interior plastic parts etc.

Dear friends, today while changing the front left tyre of my car (GLI 2010), i saw three small ball bearings there on the floor (they must have come out of some part of the car, because i am sure that before changing the tyre there was nothing like that down there), can someone tell me from where they had come, and should i see some mechanic.

@xulfiqar sir I have a little issue with my mira 2008 if u can guide me I will much appreciate, The cars ac works v good when started let it be early morning, after being parked for hours in sun or at night, the starting 10-15 min it cools very good, after 15min or so the compressor does not turns on for long duration, u can physically feel that compressor was tripped and is not running after some break like 10 min it will start getting on as well but for v v short intervals. I am usually one person at the most two riding it. What could be the issue , car got black shades on all four windows and i roll down all windows for starting 2 3 min so that hot air goes out before turning on a.c. Looking for a brief reply.

Thanx deltree.But noises are coming from rear left side.It can be a shock absorber problem??
