yes the engine revs nice and is responsive
I checked the secondary throttle diaphragm multiple times while it was out it checked out fine.. also changed the related gaskets
second thing to note is that intake manifold vacuum varies between 14 to 19 at idle speeds and this difference decreases with increasing rpm, at about 3000 rpm, vacuum value is greater than 21 inhg and is relatively much much stable
what does the variation and the decreasing difference show?
