This could be because of following reasons,

1. Incorrect cng setting.
2. Oil in cng regulator.
3. Worn spark plugs / Defective spark plug cables.
4. Worn distributor cap / rotor.
5. Dirty air filter.

Thats the accelerator plunger pump, you will need to buy a rebuild kit for the carby to repair that. there is a wide plunger and 3 rubber rings in the assembly. Make sure not to overtighten the screws and make sure the sealing surface is flat and even between the pump halves.

Car starts fine in morning.
But if stopped after when driven for 10-20 km or more then it does not start. Shows sign of a dead battery
However after 4-5 minutes starts instantly..
Checked battery and its fine...
What else could it be?

What would be the difference between these two oils?
10w30 SM mineral by Toyota and liqui moly 5w40 SN ilgsac-5 fully synthetic?

Using 10w30 one in my corolla with 1.8 2zrfe at this moment, thinking of changing it to 5w40 liqui one.
Should I, keeping in view real hot summers above 50 degree celcius and winters like 5-6 degree celcius.

Suggestion needed.

Symptoms of dead battery or low battery ?

If dead, it can be a corroded connection. But generally in case if it feels like a battery has drained low and starts after 4 or 5 minutes, that is probably because of starter (self). When the carbon brush or other self bushes are worn out, they tend to tighten grip on the internal shaft and needs more load when it is hot. After it cools down (in 4 or 5 minutes) it gets normal again. If that is the case, you just need to get your car's starter self serviced and replace it's carbon and other bush if they are found worn out. This job will take hardly one or two hours.

Just seen a video by Pakwheels about Fuel Injectors, that these should be cleaned at 70,000 KMs. And fuel injector cleaner should be used at every 6000 KMs. My City 1.3 has a mileage of 8000 KMs. Should i use this cleaner, if yes, what is it, how and where to get it from?

i did compression test on a suzuki mehran, cyl 1# 170 cyl 2# 175 cyl 3# 170. Engine oil was changed at 5k kms through out and it is driven 80k kms. This time when oil was drained it was measured how much came out, it was 2.5L in it although some of it went on floor while opening oil filter. Are these compression figures good?

A big No. You don't require it at the moment. Only after 100,000 if required.
