My car is running good, the engine oil has done 800 km and is clear.

I did an Italian tune job the other day, a few hours later I removed the oil filler cap and peeked inside.

There was some carbon in the leftover oil , could it have come when the car was being revved?

Pcv is good

This is not thick sludge, seems like a powder suspended in the oil.

Car had a weird sound at idle since a long time, it has been decreasing since the car was fixed a couple of months back.

I feel it got significantly reduced after the revving

This is only in the tappet area, dipstick shows clean oil

get a litre bottle of synthetic oil and add about half a litre to your oil - it will gently clean out the engine over a longer period. It even removes the reddish brown varnish from engine casings.

Make sure the engine gets hot n toasty so the oil can actually clean stuff.

I have Civix EXI 2006 AT. The car was run on CNG till around a year and a half back. It was giving a milage upto 9 KM but since last two months have dropped to a mere 5 KM.
Have done:
Ultrasonic of Injectors
Throttle body service multiple times from HONDA Service centre as well
Computerized tuning and scanning done with two different places
Fuel plugs replaced twice
Air filter changed recently

Can some one please shed some light on what will be the likely causes and if there is any car service centre in KHI other than Honda Service centre who can clear the issue as i have spend like 17k with them but to no avail.

car had done 99k kms and Timing belt is worn out but has not been changed (as per Honda service centre it does not affect milage)

Ask Honda service to give you the freeze frame data of the injector duty cycle and also the reading of the trim pot. Ultrasonic injector cleaning over and again is bad for the injectors and injectors themselves are of finite life.

when you cut springs they become stiffer,
when you lower a car you have to readjust the entire steering geometry because the camber angle goes out of control (thinner bolts are not the correct way.
Only do such when you can get the alignment dialed back to exact specification.

ummmm as far as i got your point you are saying wheel alignment has to be done according to car's height ??

when you drop the car, the camber goes negative - this also upsets the caster angle slightly and in general becomes crazy to get right. The other factor is wheel axle shaft alignment, The axle in normal factory height is straight and actually does not move - it just rotates as one assembly (balls in the CVJoint do not move at all) - they only work when you are turn the steering or the wheel moves up and down on bumpy roads.

When you drop the car the axle shaft usually ends up a bit goofy and the axle works bent (works all the time and is worn out earlier)

In simple words - the "suspension kharaab hojaati hai" part is the same as explained above.

They are installed dry - btw Im assuming you are talking about the axle seals.

i myself don't know which ones, i showed it to a mechanic and he said all three are leaking, though i am sure the axle ones are leaking.

once it is removed i guess all three will be removed.

i will degrease it and confirm , the leak is minor so i can hold it for a bit

btw any use of torque ratchet required? assume that all of them will be replaced

the three seals outside are

2 x axle seals
1 x shift rod seal.

I have a question please Corolla XE, 2E carb engine, model 2000, wheel & tyre size:165 80 SR 13, if changed to 185 80 SR 14 what will be net affect over the fuel consumption

your speedo reading will be off, consumption wont be quite hurt as the toyota 2E engine is plenty torquey at low rpm. The bad consumption you will probably see is because your odometer will not be upto speed.

is there any way to make up for the retarded compression timing?

yes - offset woodruff key or a pulley with a custom made notch for woodruff key. You need to find TDC first with dial indicator on cam and then measure where the keyway should be.

the rpm signal is taken from the little black wire from the distributor, its called IG- and is also branched into the diagnosis port, one of its branch also ends near the ECU where the gauge then connects to.

Trace it - its not that complex, its a pretty straight forward simple circuit.

btw - is this car a swapped engine?

yes its an EE80 with 4EFE, Please also answer to my first query:

"my 4EFE is drinking petrol like any thing,can it be a faulty MAP sensor? how can i know if i do have a faulty one( i can smell petrol from exhaust) "

The engine fan is not electric, it can not turn on with the switch.

is the ECU fully wired up? STA signal on start? etc?

but i donot know if Wiring of MAP sensor is correct,
the thin black wire of RPM , you were talking about is cutted down , and current is feeded into tachometer, not ECU. I checked connection between cutted wire and IG- but they are not connected

IG- does not go back to ECU, its for your rpm meter and diagnosis port.

the ECU only has IGT and IGF signal to and from ignitor and NE+ and NE- signal from crank sensor in distributor. MAP sensor signal is PIM pin in ECU and the ground is shared sensor ground, the 5V reference signal is VCC which is also shared in TPS sensor

Correction its IGF not "IG-". i will provide this signal now, as its not being transmited to ecu. its going into void.where else this feedback go? so that i will extend the wire to it?
i will update after checking wiring of map

@xulfiqar these two black thin wires were connected previously, but the RPM guy, gave distributor feed directly to tachometer as seen in the picture.I checked the connection between IGF and left cutted wire, but no connection was found
today i cutted the wire from IGF as i though that this thin wire is "IGF" , and i was about to pair IGF with this distro-Out(black thin wire), but when i tried to start the car, it didnot start. seems that the car is receiving something from IGF signal??? though black thin wire is cutted from the end?

Is this the hole meant for full fielding test (the one on the shroud, near the alternator wiring connector)
