either way - the thermo switch sends the pulse signal for FAN activation.

locate & remove the thermo switch from engine it is close to the water flow intake & thermostat valve and replace with look alike size avilable for Mehran . Alto VXR READ THIS THREAD it may look like this with or without extended cable or grip plug
ok. means i buy Mehran's auto fan switch, install in my 2004 baleno? will it fit along with the wiring setup? so if all is done, will it turn ON the fan earlier i mean before 50% needle?
TEST is required for that , the temp needle is connected to temp sensor .
ok - so mehran's temp sensor will fit in Baleno?

Today i tried to start my corolla 2010.it is making a clicking noise but not taking self at all. What does it mean a dead battery?
Seems dead battery . Check for electrolyte in battery , if level fine then check volts by multimeter. Next will be starter . Happened to me few times car wasn't starting and found that a cable dettached from starter .
It started after a little push. It seems like a starter problem or may be battery but battery is only 10 month old.
Get starter serviced if not done for long . Same situation happened with a friend in cuore and it was found a nut fell into clutch plate area hole while some maintenance work which caused jamming.Still get your battery checked , sometimes battery go bad quicker from heat or cold
