Accidently used one more zero sorry it has one lack thirty thousand on odo
fuel filter was changed at 75 thousand kilometers. Cvt oil changed was at one lack and twenty thousand on odo .
Don't exactly remember the the code but in the description it was written engine stall history. The engine stalls randomly only with a.c other then its fine.

Do you use currently normal fuel or HOBC or mixed?

There should be another code with P1603: Engine stall history if vehicle is Toyota. Do you see check engine light on dashboard?

P1603 TOYOTA Description When the fuel pressure in the common rail drops below the threshold (happens when fuel filter is clogged and fuel pump fail to maintain fuel pressure for the injectors and the engine stalls) this DTC (diagnostic trouble code) is stored. It is necessary to check if the vehicle has run out of fuel before performing troubleshooting, as this DTC is also stored when the engine stalls due to running out of fuel.

As thr is no EPS for baleno please guide that which car's steering will fit in baleno (complete set i.e assembly, motor and controller).

Why? Original hps of baleno is very good

i have been facing problems with my HPS since i bought the car.
its actually after market HPS. My baleno is 98 model GLI. it didnt had power steering.
Some previous owner had done many modifications while converting it to HPS.
Its pump is different and original baleno fitted pump cannot be installed in it.
Also thr was play in steering assembly. i changed that but after few days new assembly also becomes faulty.
i have read some discussions on this forum where people had converted thr steering to EPS and are very satisfied. but from these forums i could not find suitable EPS solotion for baleno.

HPS since i bought the car

if you are in Karachi take your vehicle to Abdul Hameed & Sons at Saeed Manzil 0300 211 6069 10 am to 8 pm week days.

with the car at place explain the problems and seek his advise / suggestion to get it in oem condition. he may charge premium but will support it with warranty. rest assured plenty of members from this forum are happy with BOTH the places

I recently did an engine swap in my RX80 Cressida and along with it changed all the suspension bushes. Got a used rear differential assembly and also had to modify the front half of the driveshaft to accommodate the gearbox.

Since this conversion I'am getting a high frequency vibration that starts at 30 km/h and is coupled with a low frequency sound. This vibration increases as speed increases. It can be felt in the whole body. When the car reaches 100 km/h another low frequency vibration comes up that is similar to all 4 wheels being way out of balance.

In trying to reduce this vibration, I have taken the car to a number of driveshaft "specialists" who say they have the proper balancing equipment but in reality have a lathe machine and their eye. The axle's in the differential have been changed but the vibration is still there. I think that the driveshaft is the main problem as the front half was cut short and welded back together. @Xulfiqar bhai would you mind shedding some of your knowledge on this.

The shaft was balanced after cut and weld. There are no rubber couplings in this setup. Only universal joints. The center bearing is also new.

Universal joints are located on where the front half of the shaft meets the gearbox and then at the center bearing. The rear has universal joints where it meets the center bearing and the rear differential.

Inspect them all high play in any can cause serious vibration

I forgot to mention, all 4 universal joints were also replaced when the shaft was modified. The whole driveshaft was balanced at the very end

Hi @capsat @Xulfiqar. I have a strange observation in my Fit GP5. At low speeds, when the car converts from EV to engine, I sometimes get a growling / rumbling sound as the car accelerates. It only lasts for a few seconds as the speed increases and then it's gone. The switchover to engine is otherwise generally smooth. AC on or off, car cold or warmed up, doesn't matter. It is just an uneasy rough sound which is separate from the rather quiet and smooth engine sound and disappears within seconds. Doesn't seem very normal.
Could it be the DCT, or is there something else that might be wrong. Hoping for a diagnosis from you guys. The car is pretty ok otherwise, with decent mileage and overall smoothness. No check lights, warnings or any other issues.
