800rpm with ac is perfectly fine.

i am having an issue with the ac the rpms arent increasing when the ac is turned on

goto some aircon shop ask him to check the ac idle up pod, either the vaccum pipe is disconnected or pod life is over,. once this issue is sorted auto choke will become normal without any hanky panky.

Hello dear Pakwheelers . I need advise regarding my cultus 2010 which i bought over a week ago .

Let me explain the scenario first . When i bought the cars the clutch plates were bad after replacing clutch plates car started to produce jerks upon releasing the clutch on second and third gears and some times car stalls and shut itself . Mechanic asked me to visit and get the CNG checked .CNG mechanic said that your head gasket has been replaced in the past and when the car heats up it starts to stall and upon visiting another engine mechanic he said the car needs tuning rest is fine.

Kindly advise me the possibilities , should i get the head gasket checked as previous owner was using water instead of coolant . TIA

In which city u r. I think you should check tuning issues 1st. Then come to other points

@Xulfiqar @capsat need your help i have toyota vitz with 2sz-fe having 1300000 on odo the vehicle randomly stalls with a.c on D or R . Scannner showed no error other then engine stall history .aircon is fine as checked by aircon guy

13 million kilometers is more then enough for such a delicate engine, any idea of maintenance history?

1. when was the last time fuel filter was changed? ( time as in kilometers )
2. when was the last time transmission fluid was changed? ( time as in kilometers )
3. what are the error codes listed in history extracted by scanner?

Accidently used one more zero sorry it has one lack thirty thousand on odo
fuel filter was changed at 75 thousand kilometers. Cvt oil changed was at one lack and twenty thousand on odo .
Don't exactly remember the the code but in the description it was written engine stall history. The engine stalls randomly only with a.c other then its fine.

I want to install thermostat in my Liana car but am afraid that it will heat up or TSV will remain closed as it has happened to many cars in the past.
Though there is no leakage in cooling system and I am also going to change hose pipes along with engine flush, proper coolant and fan checking but still I am afraid.
(Previous owner got engine replaced due to head gasket blowing. proper coolant is in place and fan is not direct (automatic) but there is no TSV).

buy a Genuine Thermostat valve from Suzuki 3S and install it without any reservations.
every thermostat valve is fail-safe when coolant is running in system. plain water or saline with salts cause system failure. Thermostat valve failure is only due to contaminated water which cause salt / chemical deposit in housing and cavitation take place causing failure of t/s valve.

@tahamujtaba i had same stalling on ac situation in my car. everything was totally fine visually/mechanically. however after showing car to so many people and reading so much forums i never got a solution. but one electrician diagnosed it as 'weak current to spark plugs on load' due to weK ignition coils. for trial he fitted a kabli/used coil in my car which he had in inventory and asked me to have a test drive on ac. he sat besides me and we were on ac on a long congested route and car NEVER stalled. SOLUTION- change your ignition coils. (my car was a liana)
