i have another problem with my baleno 1.3 JXR 205 a.c this time, u start the car a/c starts for like 10 to 15 minutes and once it trips and it doesnt turns on no matter what u try. switch off the car, or wait. but it wont start the a/c on or engage the compressor.
i have changed the A/C bello inside dashboard near evaporator.
car is not heating up, when a/c runs cooling is perfect as u may expect from 13 year old shuzuki.
can anyone help me with this mysterious switching off/on of A/C.

I am using Shell 20w50.

Did not notice oil stains in the parking. And couldnt find the leakage.

Tuning was done around 4 months back.

I was using Honda 10w30 when it all started around a year back. The engine was reducing oil even in local drive. The Honda people suggested me to go for more thicker oil. I shifted to 10w40 but same problem and then to shell 20w50 after which the oil reduction at local drive stopped but its still there on long drive.

As per my understanding, it has done 150,000 on the odo; do the following:

1) Replace PCV valve.
2) Carry out engine flush with Liquimoly engine flush (you can find this on Pakwheels store) as per directions on the Liquimoly can.
3) Replace engine oil with 5W50 oil, yes 5W50 full synthetic with API SN certification. Any good brand is OK.

Note: Donot use 20W50, it’s too viscous for your car engine.

Also note that once your oil consumption is fixed after replacing PCV and use of 5W50 oil, try reverting back to 5W40 and see the results. If it’s OK, then fine. If you find minor oil consumption then also fine, if it’s moderate, then again revert back to 5W50. I hope PCV replacement will solve your issue. Install genuine OEM PCV valve as it has been calibrated according to your engine.

Compressor duet kabli . If you can afford then get new denso . Kabli around 6-7k ,new probably 15K
If engine not overhauled yet you may try to change rings only or complete overhaul by removing engine and replace all worn parts with best available parts but for that find out first which shops have good quality items available and get rates . Bcoz of poor quality aftermarket cuore parts now sometimes engine has to be opened again after overhaul for some small part like leak engine seal or cheap valves etc . Overhaul full will be around 30-40K . If you can find a kabli engine with seller giving warranty you may consider that option that as its cost would be almost equal to complete overhaul .
Get opinion of 2-3 competent mechanics now. One liter reduction after 3300 kms is much so issue maybe more then rings only .
You should get compression test first as values will give some idea of engine condition .

@Xulfiqar brother, i absolutely agree to this. In our honda civic R18a, our driver took the liberty to get throttle body cleaned once when sent for getting car wash service & oil change done at Shell Sunset.

Afterwards the civic fuel consumption has shot up from 8.5km/L to 5.5km/L , and we are trying to figure out what to do about it now. There are no idle sound issues at all but WHY has fuel consumption increased so drastically !!!
Can you please shed some light and help guide us how to troubleshoot/fix this issue ???
