It is API SL whereas Havoline is API SG conforming oil. Alto has old tappet based mechanism and newer SL, SJ standard oils have lower ZDDP (zinc) content which increases cam wear and tappet wear.
In easier words, in long run engine head's life will be reduced, car would become more noisy and more frequent tappet adjustment would be needed.
There won't be any observable difference except placebo effect due to pricier meaning better mentality.
Better stick to your current oil or similar one.
